It's Question Time

This is the first of Question Time.  One each Question Time blog you can post your question and on the next Question Time blog I will answer them the best I can.

What is a good book to start with when learning about wine?
As much as I wish I had a more special book to recommend, I don't.  The first book that I really read, and learned a lot from was Wine for Dummies.  If you are looking for more of a reference guide the Wine Bible, by Karen MacNeil.

Which states have wineries?
The real question is which states do not have wineries.  All states have wineries.  Alaska has 3, Maine has 10 (according to: http://www.allamericanwineries.com/AAWMain/locate.htm).  Wikipedia has a list of "Production by state" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_wine#Production_by_state).  These means where ever you travel in the US you can go wine tasting.
