One of my favoirt drinks

I had this a piano bar last night.  There are many coktails made with sparkling wine.  However I find many of them to be to strong in aclohol for me (I am kind of a winny).  Here is one that I love.

Chambord LiqueurChambord® & Champagne

1/4 oz Chambord Liqueur
Champagne

Add Chambord to bottom of a flute and top with Champagne.
Garnish with a raspberry.

This is the recipe Chambord has on there website.

You don't need to use a Champagne, it will just make the drink more expensive.  Any sparkling wine will do, as long as it is not a really cheap one.  The flavor of the sparkling wine does come through depending on the amount of Chambord.

Mine was very similar but garnished with an orange peal, and a maraschino cherry
